Obverse and Reverse features are uniform. In 1862 dated coins diameter varies.

Obverse A : In last section of the front dress panel has single flower to right. Only down stroke of 'V' is present.

 
Obverse B : In last section of the front dress panel has two flowers. 'V' mark at the bottom of the bust.

   
Reverse I : Has two leaves below the date.

   
Reverse II : Has single leaf below the date.

Obverse B : Front dress panel has 3.5 sections, last section has single flower to left and 'V' mark in the dress at the bottom of the bust or only down stroke of 'V'

      Reverse I : 1. Top flower is large
2. Two base flowers are long and curved downward

     
Reverse II : 1. Top flower is small
2. Two base flowers are small and horizontal

2. Last section has single flower to the left
3. In dress at the bottom of the bust 'V' mark in culcutta mint coins
4. 'V' is absent in bombay mint coins

      
Reverse I : 1. Two flowers at the base are large and curved downwards
